Thrilled to see my name – and my essay! – on the longlist for the Notting Hill Editions 2017 essay prize. My essay, entitled 'Incandescent – we need to talk about light' addresses my concerns about the banning of incandescent lightbulbs and the impact of the loss of incandescent light on human health and the wider environment.

A one-day workshop using creative writing to explore our relationship with the natural world. The group will be reflecting on experiences from our own lives and 'sketching with words' as we look outside, harnessing the power of awareness to take us beyond our diaries and field notes.
